Devastator isn't the most flexible toy around. Because of his size, he can be a bit cumbersome to play with. However, his elbows and knees are articulated, which makes him easier to position and balance. He also has realistic details, which gives him value as a collector's replica.

Devastator consists of six smaller construction vehicles: the Constructicons. These detailed vehicles are painted in earthy colors suited for their rough construction jobs. Together, the Constructicons form a complete construction team. There is a bulldozer, a dump truck, an excavator, a scoop loader, a mixer and a crawler crane. They prove to be very maneuverable on a hard surface, able to make hairpin turns easily. However, it should be noted that, unlike their film counterparts, these vehicles do not transform into robots individually.

An Enjoyable, Challenging Assembly
Devastator might be one of the biggest transformers around, but it's also one of the most difficult to put together. Parents should be aware that the Devastator requires some degree of finesse to assemble -- and in some cases, strength. Some of the snapping parts are especially tricky to connect together, and prove difficult to pry apart. The toy is labeled as a Level 4 conversion, so younger children will have difficulty converting the toy by themselves. It took our tester (an experienced Transformer player) nearly 15 minutes to figure everything out. Still, putting the toy together should provide a constructive challenge for older kids.

Transform Your Voice
This helmet uses an incredible voice modulator system to transform your young hero's voice and make it sound just like Optimus Prime's. It doesn't matter whether you're a little kid or a full-grown adult -- when you speak through the microphone, your voice will instantly be changed into the rich baritone of the Autobots commander. In addition to changing its wearer's voice, the helmet also features sound effects and has five different voice clips from the movie. Unforgettable lines such as "I am Optimus Prime" can be played at the touch of a button, making this the ideal role-playing toy.

About Transformers
The Transformers began as a Hasbro toy line back in 1983, featuring toy vehicles that could transform into robots. The toys soon inspired an entire universe of fictional story lines, pitting the two factions of Transformers -- the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons -- against one another. A live-action movie based on the Transformers was released in 2007 and has continued the toy line's extreme popularity. With toys such as the Optimus Prime Voice Changer Helmet, kids can bring home the struggle between the Autobots and Decepticons.

Once the voice mixer is turned on, your child speaks into the built-in microphone to hear his voice amplified and more robotic, to the background of a rockin' tune. Transformer fans will love wearing the mask because of it's realistic resemblance to the actual character, Bumblebee.

Great Role-playing Mask for Children and Adult Transformer Fans
